FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONSLet’s make the next step a little clearer.

Good questions. Clear next steps.

Mon–Fri · 6:30 AM–4:00 PM

Answers to the questions families ask first.

Here are the confirmed basics. For fees, specific days, transportation coverage or your child’s individual needs, speak with Maria.

What ages do you care for?

The daycare serves children from 3 months to 13 years. Current availability is confirmed individually; the latest reported openings were for school-age children.

What are your hours?

Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM–4:00 PM. The daycare is closed on holidays. Weekend appointments for visits do not mean weekend childcare is offered.

Do you offer full-time and part-time care?

Yes. Both options are offered. Ask Maria about the days, schedule and space currently available.

Do you accept childcare vouchers?

Yes. Vouchers are accepted. Maria also accepts private-pay families; fees and payment arrangements should be confirmed with her.

Are meals included?

Breakfast, lunch and a snack are offered through the daycare’s meal program. Discuss allergies and any specific food needs with Maria before enrollment.

Is transportation included?

Transportation is optional. Maria reports it can be included for voucher children, subject to confirmation of the individual arrangement. Private-pay families pay a separate transportation charge.

Which languages do you speak?

English, Portuguese and Cape Verdean Creole.

Can I visit the daycare?

Yes, by arrangement. Maria is available on weekdays after 4:00 PM and at weekends. Send a Family Request first; she will review it and discuss next steps.

Does a Family Request reserve a place?

No. It starts a conversation about your family’s needs. It does not confirm enrollment, a place or a visit.

Is there an outdoor space?

Yes. The daycare has an outdoor area. See Our Space and ask Maria about the actual setting during a visit.
